Executive coaching offers you an opportunity to examine goals and values—details of your job—with the help of a third-party sounding board. You will establish a partnership with your Promega coach based on mutual trust and personal connection. Each coaching experience is fully customized to meet your unique needs and requirements, and the goals you work toward are those you say are most important. Would you like to accomplish strategic goals, achieve better life balance, improve your delegation skills or get better control of your time?
Once you’ve committed to targeted goals, you will develop an action plan. You will examine your own behaviors (in part using the Birkman Method and other relational intelligence assessment tools, as applicable) and gather 360° feedback. At the conclusion of the contract, you and your Promega coach will evaluate your success and designate areas for future development.
