Les Louia, President and CEO of Promega, is a Seattle native with 35 years of management and leadership experience. Les has worked in numerous large organizations as well as small, family-run businesses. His interest and expertise is in sales and marketing management, human resource issues and executive coaching. He also works with clients on competency profiling and team development opportunities. Les graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Lewis Hale, a Seattle native, is a Promega senior consultant with more than 25 years of business experience in the financial services sector. Lewis has extensive practical experience in starting and growing businesses. His expertise includes strategic and operational planning, internal communication/teambuilding and executive coaching. He also works with clients on competency profiling, corporate culture and organizational alignment. Lewis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Whitman College and currently serves on the Board of Overseers and as Vice Chairman of the Development Committee.

Karen Holtkamp, an experienced program developer, trainer and business writer, serves national and international clients from offices in Cincinnati, Ohio. She uses her background in public relations, marketing and personnel development to create client-centered, integrated solutions to an organization’s management, leadership and customer service challenges. Karen has served as public affairs director for a Midwest land developer, vice president-creative for a marketing communications agency, and owner of a communications and development business serving diverse industries including telecommunications, insurance, health care, investment management, publishing, manufacturing and not-for-profit. Karen graduated from Xavier University where she has served for a decade as adjunct instructor of business communications and research interviewing.

Lee Stiles grew up in Seattle where he developed a passion for family businesses working in the hospitality and wholesale baking industries. He began to formalize his interest in management, leadership and organizational dynamics at the Cornell School of Hospitality Administration. Lee’s experience includes 30 years of hands on leadership in a variety of companies. Today, he works with successful organizations to develop their leaders and teams for accelerated success. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Cornell University.
