360° Leadership Development
The 360° Workshop is an executive learning program focused on developing your management, leadership and personal skills. The tools you'll use are feedback, straight talk and self-discovery.
First comes the baseline measurement – a collection of information that includes you, your colleagues and your organization. Next, you'll embark on a 3-month, individually coached learning process that helps you accelerate your goal accomplishment. In the end, you'll learn to anticipate, embrace and leverage change – and that's the beginning of your more fulfilling future.
Our 360° Leadership Development Workshop qualifies for 32 CEUs from the Washington State Board of Accountancy for CPAs.
